Location: Future World in Epcot (between GM Test Track and Wonders of Life pavilions) If you are prone to motion sickness or uncertain about which level to choose, you should opt for the Green Team for a less intense but still thoroughly exhilarating experience.
MISSION SPACE G FORCE PARIS SIMULATOR
The Green Team experience is a motion simulator ride that does not spin and is less likely to cause motion sickness. The Orange Team experience uses a centrifuge that spins and tilts to simulate speed and G-forces during launch and re-entry. The Orange Team is the more intense training experience, while the Green Team is less intense. Both offer the same training mission but differ in intensity. Mars-bound cadets can choose from 2 levels of training. If you think you can handle it go for it, but if you have any doubts GO GREEN or RUN away as fast as you can! My wife who loves coasters did not feel nearly as bad as I did but did feel a little sick on the ride and for about a half hour after. I did not want to ride any rides the rest of the day and it was the first one I rode. No feeling of spinning just straight forced against the seat like your flying off of the earth, lots of pressure on the body, totally insane! Unfortunately it resulted in instant nausea, cold sweats, feeling like passing out, and feeling sort of hungover for the rest of the day. Good graphics and an awesome simulator but your going to feel some serious g's for a pretty long amount of time. I wish I would have not rode the ride at all and will never ever ride it again. I now know that the astronaut business is not for me. I love space and wanted to feel what going there was like. I just felt off and sort of dumb for the rest of the day.
However, I did not feel normal for the rest of the day.
Eating and drinking helped and I never did get sick. I instantly felt like death though, and continued to feel like death for several hours after riding.
